63 new occupations added to the NT state nomination occupation list

Great news for Subclass 190 and 489 applicants: 63 new occupations have been added to the NT state nomination occupation list ahead of the launch the $5 billion infrastructure projects’ loan scheme set for launch in July 2016. This means there are now over 170 occupations sponsored by the NT government.

Northern Australia is an area of growth and economic potential. It captures 40% of Australia’s land mass but only around 5% of the population. There are many projects which require skilled workers.

    Dear Northern Immigration Australia team,
I’m an accountant from the UK and I’m interested in migrating to the Northern Territory.
Do accountants qualify for a permanent visa in the NT?
    Thank you for your help!
