There are more than 100 different types of Australian visas. In our visa assessment and consultation appointment, we analyse your visa options and requirements in depth and explain everything in detail, providing recommendations suited to your individual needs.

Our visa assessment and consultation with one of our immigration specialists is subject to a fee of $290.

For those applying outside of Australia

Our visa assessment and consultation with one of our immigration specialists is subject to a fee of $370.

After Hours appointment

We offer after hours and weekend appointments for an additional surcharge of $70. Consultations can be booked outside standard business hours Mon-Fri: before 9am and after 4pm. Weekend appointments are also available on Saturday and Sundays.

We offer face to face appointments for an additional surcharge of $90. Please note this is subject to location and availability.

Our consultations are about getting to know you and your circumstances. No one has the same visa pathway! Unlike other migration agencies, our consultations aren’t designed to have you in-and-out in 15 minutes. Immigration law is highly complex! Too often have we met intending migrants that have proceeded down a poorly laid out migration plan after a “free consultation” with an unscrupulous salesperson. These individuals have had to pay thousands of dollars more to fix up the mess or have had their dreams of migrating to Australia destroyed entirely. Our consultations are designed to map out your options, outline the risks involved with any potential pathways and advise you on the best way to move ahead. Best of all - if we outline a suitable visa option for you, and you enter into a service agreement with us within two weeks of your consultation, we will deduct the standard consultation fee* from the service agreement fee.

24 Hour Cancellation Notice

We understand that sometimes it is necessary to reschedule or cancel appointments. However, if you reschedule or cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your consultation time, you will be charged 50% of the consultation fee. Therefore, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time and we will gladly reschedule your consultation at no charge.

All cancellations are subject to an administrative fee of $50.

Our firm wants to be available for the needs of all of our clients. By adhering to this policy we are able to open otherwise unused appointments to better serve the needs of all clients. Thank you for cooperation and being a valued client of our firm.
